We've rented a unit at this location for years and highly recommend coming here. The staff is super friendly and have taken great care of our needs beyond expectations. Restroom on site. No public trash and a sometimes-neglected vending machine. I love that the office is open till late afternoon and the gate hours start early in the morning, which is super convenient for me. They do close earlier than I'd prefer. But still a great place.

Awesome place! The pricing is upfront and consistent. No scammer promotions with surprise increases. Nice clean and airy facilities. Sherri and Travis are both very friendly and helpful!
The best storage place in Roseville. Clean location, very well managed and great service. If I ever need storage again, I'll definitely be back.
Clean and tidy but poorly lit. Climate controlled. Auxiliary lighting would be an improvement but the facility is well cared for
