This company is absolutely full of scammers. They charged $123 for a freezer inspection that didn't even take 15 minutes. They said they would call back once they had the replacement part, but it has been four weeks since the inspection, and I haven't received a single call or message. The service is abysmal—they are completely useless! SCAMMERS!
