I contacted Pleasant Green Grass regarding their lawn service fertilization process last year and received a quote for a warm season grass. Most recently the conducted a soil test and advise of soil deficiencies. The first application of the fertilization and soil enrichment chemicals were applied recently and the next morning I observed that the grass is greener and filling in much faster. This company was hired by my neighborhood homeowners association. They left leaves down all winter that killed grass and caused water problems in my yard. I alerted the owner and he agreed to reseed. Only part of the area was reseeded. I have had a problem with them moving things behind my garage (my basketball goal, my trash cans, my neighbors things). This past spring we switched to organic lawn care. Our lawn was a mess of weeds, literally probably 90% weeds. We have been working with Pleasant Green Grass to improve the soil, remove the weeds, and get grass to grow, without herbicides. The organic lawn practices employed by Pleasant Green Grass is what attracted us to this company a few years ago. As aging boomers, this year, we decided to reduce the size of the lawn by extending the beds in an effort to cut back on watering and mowing.
