I had to move my previous appointment, and the front desk was able to squeeze me in on short notice. I usually see Kate, who does an excellent job, but due to my appointment change, I saw Sarah for the first time. She was very thorough, very friendly, and did a great job cleaning and checking my teeth. Thank you, PFD!
This team is beyond AMAZING! They are so in turn with our family, they treat us like family. The staff know our children as well as we do. They know what sports they play, the likes, dislikes that our children have, what schools they attend and so much more. Had a funny swelling in my cheek area, called around 2:30 on a Friday to see if they could see me. They asked me if I wanted to come in at 4:00 or 6:00. When I arrived they called me in to see the hygienist at 4:02, took ex-rays and soon after the Dr. came in to check me out as well. Great visit as usual. Thank you for putting my mind at ease.
We had an awesome first experience, they wrote my daughters name on the board to welcome her and gave her a balloon right away! Even though she was too young to do much it was a very positive first experience!!!!
