I could not remember the Hygienist name, but she was compassionate and awesome. The dentistry family need to hire her as soon as possible. she told me that she worked for another dentist's office. I never met her in my life, but it seems that I had knowing her for all my life. I came in for my appointment 5/13/2017 @ 3:40pm.

Dr. J was swift and gentle filling two minor cavities recently. Front desk staff was communicative and proactive. I drive across town from West Ashley for the great service at Pleasant Family Dentistry.

I couldn't have been taken care of any better today. Judy was very professional and caring. She kept me well informed of what would be taking place which kept my anxiety level low. I'm very glad I made the decision to come over to Pleasant Family Dentistry. I would gladly recommend this group...in fact , I already have and my daughter plans to make the switch too.

From the moment I walked in to the beautifully apportioned office I felt comfortable and well cared for. The technologically advanced procedures were something to behold. I had a crown designed, manufactured, and applied in one visit! Great staff all around. I highly recommend.

The little things and attention to detail count here. My visit began with a smooth check-in and a refreshing water, followed by a warm greeting and a smile. I respected their time with a punctual arrival, and in return they respected mine the entire visit. Even while filling out paperwork in their waiting room 2 days prior, I noticed the staff quickly informing a patient of a slight delay in their appointment time, rather than letting the patient sit around wondering "when" as I know we've all experienced at least once elsew... read more

This morning I had a cap put on. I paid in the front then went to see the Dr. When he was finished the assistant told me I was getting a $210 credit because it turns out I didn't need some part of the procedure I had paid for. There was no way for me to know this. I would have been happy and left. Dr. Jackowsky is terrific and honest! A perfect combination. I would strongly recommend him to anyway seeking a great technician that's honest!
