I wrote the post below above being fully unsatisfied with my crown work at first. I will say that at this point I am fully satisfied with the work of the dentist office. After writing my previous post they actually took the time to review it and contact me. They worked with me to get the issue corrected.

Much to my detriment, it's been a number of years since I've visited a dentist... any dentist. Very repsonsive to my immediate needs!! I popped a crown off (which was applied by my previous dentist two years ago), so I called Pleasant Family Dentistry (PFD) at 5:30pm on a Friday. They were able to bring me in at 8am the following morning to make the quick repair!! Excellent customer service, which brings the 'customer' back!
I have a huge fear of the dentist, and have since I was little. Everyone at PFD is amazing! They made me feel welcome and comfortable, even if I cried. I truly feel like they want to build a relationship with me, and help me through my dental issues.
A very professional, friendly office staff going out of their way to make you feel welcomed each visit. My regular Hygienist was off and the substitute (Carrie) that the practice provided was excellent. Carrie had a gentle touch and provided helpful hits for my oral hygiene.
Perfect, as always.
