I sent the message to my husband and we are currently looking for another car so he set up an appointment to LOOK. Not make any decisions, just to look. Not only was his time not respected while he was there (Frederick was helping someone else when my husband had made an appointment for a certain time), but they actually ran his credit without his permission.
