They are hardly ever there. There office communication is very poor. Some of their practices border on neglect especially when it comes to medication refills. One time it took me over 7 days to get a refill on a very important mental health medication. I have going to this office for well over 17 years and its only gotten bad in the last 3 years. They are barely open. They barely accept any calls. Their timings and practices are all weird.
Nice people, but too many problems with office communication to keep going here. When I visit, I have no issues. But I repeatedly have issues calling them during business hours (at least the times they list in their voicemail) and they don't pick up. This is particularly bad in the afternoon. I've also had repeated issues with them faxing medical records to another doctor. In one instance, I had to call FOUR times to get the records received by the other doctor's office.
