I absolutely love PLC! Special shoutout to Gabby, who has been a wonderful coach to me. She always caters to my specific needs and is incredibly attentive, patient and encouraging, Even though the gym is outside my comfort zone, I always feel comfortable and supported. Highly recommend PLC!
Iv been going to PLC for about 9 years now. I live in banksia grove and I used to drive all the way to Osborne park before Joondalup PLC opened I loved it that much. Then Joondalup opened and it was the best thing for me. I don’t have the motivation to push myself at a normal gym, nor do I have the time to set up my workout plans. So coming to PLC and having Tim as a coach has helped so much and having the circuits ready to go has been a game changer. Highly recommend PLC, and the coach TIM.
The best baby friendly gym with incredible equipment, coaches and community. I can not recommend this place enough it has completely changed my post partum experience. Being able to have baby arms reach while still being able to lift weights is amazing. PLC is so accommodating particularly for mums I have not seen any other gym this good for mums. So happy I found it.

Genuinly love coming here mainly because coach Tim makes me feel so comfortable and brings the best vibes. PLC is so welcoming of new mums with babies - I think if your a new mum that’s wants to be able to work out with your baby it’s such a welcoming space for that. No one here judges. It’s a great community 🩷
