Our PLC community has welcomed our newest coach Jade. She certainly is an asset! Full of enthusiasm and high energy she certainly keeps us on our toes. Her knowledge of the industry is amazing and is always willing to give you alternatives or to tweak your own techniques for your best workout. Keep up the fantastic work Jade.
Tim has been my pt for a while now and the boosts that I receive from him are always immaculate. Tim’s never failed to give me that confidence that I often need when we are doing our sessions together and thanks to him I’m a lot more comfortable with group workouts. The gym is fantastic, Tim and other staff have always been friendly and welcoming, it’s a wonderful atmosphere and I’m glad to be there!
Big shout out to the awesome coaches at PLC who definitely get the results you’re after, great mix of classes, awesome relaxed vibe and great friendships built, you won’t regret jumping into a class it is so addictive and the results are amazing 🤩
