I joined PLC three weeks ago and honestly, it’s been amazing. As a mum of four, finding time for myself isn’t always easy but this gym has made it so much more doable. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are super supportive. I never feel judged or out of place, which has been really important to me as I ease back into regular exercise. Highly recommend to any other busy mums looking to carve out some time for themselves. I’m so glad I took the leap and joined.
I have recently joined PLC and I throughly enjoy the training sessions with Jack, Tim and Emily. I’m fitter, 5kg lighter and slightly firmer in all the right places.
great gym, quality coaching and facility. it feels like a PT but in a group setting, suitable for all levels of fitness - the sessions can be stripped back for beginners or scaled depending on your goal. some of the nicest people i’ve met at PLC joondy & i’ve met some great people that have become friends. 10/10!
If you want a laugh while being pushed to your best ability this is where you want to be
Love this gym! Being a senior I was a little apprehensive about joining a gym, not to worry at PLC. A very welcoming environment, both from staff and other members. The workouts are perfect with minor changes made for individuals if required. The staff are very professional and passionate about what they do encouraging you to achieve your best.
