Bought a Christopher Home in Santa Clarita, CA. Started having problems as soon as we moved in, we had a electrical fire that started inside the wall from an electrical out. At first the builder refused to repair. After threatening to get a lawyer, the builder came out and made repairs. Our circuit breaker constantly keeps tripping and currently, we are going back and forth with the builder, after discovering water damage to the ceiling that was caused by the AC condenser in the attic that was installed wrong. Christopher Homes is not a builder I would trust if you are looking to buy a home, especially high-end home, they dont care about their customers only the bottom line and will say anything to get sales deal, even mislead the buyer! AVOID
