Great company to deal with! I found them to be very responsive and helpful whenever I needed to get in touch with them. I have met the principals behind the company and to me, they genuinely seem like they care about quality workmanship and making customers happy.
They never respond to emails which is unacceptable. My first email was sent on Sat, Jul 6 at 2:32 p.m. This is my first experience with this company, and so far NOT a satisfactory experience at all. I just realized that they do not even respond to reviews!!!!!!!
When you email them they rarely respond, and if they do they take a long time. The lady who pick up the phone does not talk in a respectful manner, very hard to communicate.
