Deborah Dekema is an awesome property manager. This property is beautiful and clean. The residents are nice and all around great property.
There is never any guest parking available. Extremely frustrating.
We have lived here for about 6 months and we love our home! It's not an overly large complex, we have assigned parking (blessing), the amount we pay is Great and the manager is a Peach!! There is regular noise levels, i.e. children playing (which they are supposed to!) but it isn't overbearing, i enjoy hearing them playing OUTSIDE!! It's neat and clean and the location is hidden and ideal (it sits Way off the main streets but i like that).
