I filed a FTC complaint on this optometry. I went in for a contact lens examination. After the exam was complete, they refused to provide me with my Rx. Which is against the law. They said that the doctor had to approve it? Two weeks later I ordered contacts through a company that my insurance covers and had extra savings.
