Believe me...in NO way does Plaza Travel even deserve one star...more like none at all. Their employees make mistakes and refuse to correct them and leave you high and dry..I paid for a trip I couldn t take because they screwed up the dates. Unreal. If you want a stress free experience your best bet is to book your own trip through a travel site. Not even an apology or a call back. I plan on contacting a lawyer. NEVER USE PLAZA TRAVEL!!
