Fabulous private condo residence with a very strong HOA and excellent management. Thoughtfully maintained and an icon on the Atlanta sky-rise as a revered mid-century landmark.
Need to cancel contract with the security company they use. Appears they don't train very well. Supervisor appears rude to their colleagues. Unethical relationships between residents and certain members of the concierge team. There are other security companies they could use instead of who they are using now who actually train their employees and are more professional
