I have had good experiences here before but today stood out! Rich who must be a manager/ supervisor was more than just professional, he definitely went out of his way to make my experience a good one! He was very articulate in the way he described things leaving no room for reading between the lines. To the point, nice and honest. Not sure what else I could ask for. Highly recommend :)
The customer service at the jackson location is top notch!!! Tyler and his staff are amazing and this is why customers return to them over and over! Great job guys!!
This visit for service was quite pleasant and reminded me as to why I return to Plaza Tire time and again for trust worthy service and parts. The personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable about what is available and how to get it accomplished in an expedited manner. In fact the front office is top notch and that extends out to the rest of the professionals at Plaza. I highly recommend this location for all services offered by Plaza Tire 2020.

Under and poorly staffed. Took over 2 hours for just a tire rotation, brake check and oil change. I had even scheduled the appointment in advance. They also Gave a ridiculous estimate for brake pads and rotors. Twice as much as other estimates. Customer service just okay. They did take a few dollars off bill because it took so long. So they are trying.

Had a screw puncture a tire while traveling. Made it to the shop without changing tire and found there was a 3 hour wait. After waiting about an hour was told one tech had to wait for parts and they could squeeze us in. Got the hole patched and was on my way soon after. I was well treated and would happily give Plaza Tire Service - 09 my business if I lived there. I recommend them heartily! They made me feel like they cared! Price was very reasonable.
