They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and we're very professional
I needed a tire tire repair, and they were able to work me in without an appointment and get me out to make it to work on time. The managers were very polite and helpful.
Great service and resonable pricing. The manager in St. Peter’s (Nick) takes great care of all my vehicles.
Long story short, they don't hold up to their appointment times. If you make an appointment ahead of time, you'd expect your time slot to be fulfilled. I called 3 hours after dropping my car off, it hadn't even moved, and it was for a simple inspection. Front desk boy (slight overbite, maybe 30 years old), shop manager and area manager were all quite rude. Will not be going back here, that's for sure!
Took in my car for a inspection, they said it needed a new tie rod and as it had "excessive play" turns out the old one was perfect, I replaced it anyways so I could pass the inspection, they wanted like a $160.00 installed, I replaced it my self for $20.00 and 25 minutes time. Ten they said my alignment was way off on all 4 wheels and they did not even rack it up. It's all about UP-SELLS as I work for a dealer and we can't do inspections on our own cars.. STAY AWAY unless you want to give money AWAY!
Do not even bother. My dealer told me that all four tires needed to be replaced--only had 12,000 miles on them. After calling the store I was told that they would be replaced under the warranty. The salesperson who handled the situation immediately started the upsell to a more expensive tire and told me that only 2 tires needed replacing. I was upset, of course, and wanted an explanation and to see the measurement.
