Very nice place and the people and service were great.
Not the way we were planning to start the road trip but when we noticed the side wall of our tire had a golf ball sized lump sticking out of it they cut us a good deal on a used tire 30 minutes before they were supposed to close the night before the Fourth. They were very Friendly and helpful.
Checked everything over on my car because i was planning on going out of town. Know i needed my breaks done. Went in and got a very over priced break job. $1000 Went out of town the next day make it an hour out of town before my engine starts to miss fire do to lose coils. Not the only one this has happened to either. Customers beware.
Not pleased with Plaza Tire AT ALL! I was a repeating customer ever since I purchased my car. Always went there to get it serviced (I even live in Park Rapids btw). Well, you would think that when you get your car service oil change your front end would get greased. NOPE. Both my steering tie rods are totally beyond dry. They were never serviced. Thanks Plaza Tire for ruining a poor college kids bank account.
Plaza tire offered great customer service, competitive pricing on tires and they were fast. We were in and out and pleasantly surprised.
