Before moving I let them know and I was told that if I be out by the 5th that they had a school teacher ready to move in and that I would get a partial refund and I cleaned the apartment replaced the eyes on the stove and then I was told that I wouldn’t get a refund because they found something and I know that was a lie. I also requested after going to the office and was told that she was busy also call several times and still no response.. Grand daughter just moved in. So far so good. 2 bedroom w/ bath and 1/2. Looks to have been painted and super cleaned before rented. She says rent is reasonable. I didn't ask , "how much". She is a grown woman, none of my business.
