My daughter lived here for 2 years, the last 6 months she lived in another state due to changing jobs, but yet still pd rent. At the time of moving, there were 4 of us (out of state) deep cleaning, everything was spotless. She received her deposit check minus $250 for not cleaning the appliances. We did clean them, in fact we even left extra refrigerator water filters and the oven had never been used, she only used a toaster oven or door dashed. Exquisitely beautiful
Living here was okay, multiple things wrong with the place, the biggest joke of all is the quote on quote ‘repairs costs’ when moving out. Ridiculous costs to do minor minor things that the maintenance team is going to do anyway. I wouldn’t live there ever again if you want to actually “live” in the apartment
Things I love: my apartment overall, free parking, pet policy, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, my neighbors, location, maintenance guys, KayKay Buchanan (leasing agent) is amazing Things I'm so over: a parking gate not working for over 6 months with no explanation, cars stolen and broken into from the lot and street parking, thin walls :/
