We stopped to pick up some chips and dip to have a movie night with our kids we get home my daughter gets out of the van and the whole bottom of the bag falls out and the $24.00 worth of dip went all over the ground I called them and explained what happened and they refuse to replace or fix the problem. The gentleman told me that it’s a family owned restaurant as he laughs at me when I asked for the manager or owner. I was in today with my daughter and niece. And my niece informed me I had a bug crawling on my arm, such enough I look and it’s a cockroach... 🙄 I told our server and he went and got the manager but I never seen him. I’m not the one to complain, but that’s just disgusting. I used to love this place. Prices are insanely high. And the vibe just isn’t the way it used to be anymore. It’s a shame.
