STAY AWAY FOR U-HAUL RENTAL!!! Don’t rent U-Haul items from this place. They won’t help you if there are any issues and they have no interest in helping their customers. There was an issue with the rental pickup and they told U-Haul customer service, we’re not helping and the customer is SOL!!! They are supposed to be a 24hr pickup location! They need to be stripped of this and never be able to rent U-Haul trucks again! STAY AWAY!!!

I rented from here before and never had any issues. The new person is never reachable. I have repeatedly called and texted the number. The voicemail is full. I never received any texts back. After all that failed, I emailed from the website. I have yet to this day have not received a response! I have been trying to reach someone for several weeks now. No one is ever in the office. Updating. After leaving several SMS messages, I received a call back. I explained my attempts to contact them and that I had been invoiced for an additional month that I wasn't using. The person I spoke to was apologetic and undid the charge for the extra month. I appreciated the ease of the conversation and the quick correction. Hopefully the company will address the communication problems. They were great when we were getting the storage unit rental established.
