RecommendedI would recommend this place to anyone! Ronnie & co are the only people I would ever trust with my vehicle. Even though I primarily live in Chapel Hill for school, I plan to return for any repairs that aren’t immediately needed, as well as oil changes and yearly inspections. Plaza Service Center should NOT be confused with the other plaza center- this one is the original, just in a better location. I don't go anywhere else. Ronnie (owner) is honest, extremely knowledgeable. I am so grateful that he keeps my '98 Avalon alive, and running well. Through my 5++ cars, Plaza Service Center has always been top notch in service and expertise.
I would never recommend this place. My car broken down, and I didn't know what was wrong with it, so I had it towed to them. They said they fixed all the issues and charged me $450 for the repairs. The very next day the engine had problems, so I brought it back to them and they said the engine gasket was blown and would cost $1,500 to fix. I dropped by as I was struggling to drop an A.C. fan. I didn't have an appointment but he helped me anyway. Highly recommend!
A very honest and efficient place.. Reasonable prices. The staff is very fast and competent.

Called this morning to see if I could drop off my vehicle for new tires to be put on. Spoke to a gentleman who advised if I dropped it off by 1200 they could do it. I am now sitting at Mr. Tire to give them my service because when I showed up at Plaza I was told the man I spoke to had gone home and they were "trying to get out of here," and wouldn't be doing my tires. Poor business practice and poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
