This is the worst property mgmt company ever! Avoid buying in any complex that they manage because you will be so frustrated....and I mean FRUSTRATED! They are arrogant, they take forever to fix problems and most of all , they just don't care about the residents. They did not reopen the gym/ pool for over 18 months during covid when every other complex in Stamford was opened within 6 months.
