Feel sorry for the chumps that have to rent in 29. All these rental agencies in town are shady, big time. Dealt with this one for 5 years. Application fees are a money generator.
I honestly think they done an amazing job helping me threw the pandemic the lies about plaza realtors should stop not only do they reply they didn’t just take my application fee I got approved
This is a great reality company! They always get back to me in a timely manner. If I have any issues they resolve them as soon as possible. The office staff is extremely professional and friendly. I always refer my friends and family to them. They do their best and always follow through.
Never there!they say they work with people that have bad credit, well they don't. But they sure don't say that when they are taking your application fee.
