I've had a great experience visiting my boyfriend at this apartment complex. There’s always ample guest parking, which makes visits easy. The property feels very safe — it’s gated and has plenty of new security cameras, so it's clearly well monitored. The location is fantastic, with quick access to downtown, the medical center, museum district, Rice Village, and NRG Stadium. Have lived here for 12 years and absolutely love it. Very quiet and safe community. Neighbors are friendly and the on-site maintenance man (shout out to Carlos) is extremely helpful. Plenty of parking, two pools and the tennis court is a great touch. Walking distance to NRG which comes in handy for rodeo season. Coded entry and exit gates and new security cameras throughout the property make it feel very safe. 100% would recommend living here.
No parking for service workers, sheesh think about your tenants/condo owners and the service their condos require.
It’s a quiet neighborhood. Very nice place.
Live here at your own risk. Roaches are everywhere! Once you get rid of them they just come over from the neighbors unit. Water leaks are bad here. Neighbors are constantly taking pictures of your car and unit without your consent. If your ceiling falls in from water leaks they only patch up so it can happen again in a few months. You will lose tons of your property because of this. Also the electricity is not wired correctly in the whole complex so there are constant power surges.
