We were very disappointed with the service that was provided, we thought because they seem so professional that the service will be the same. Unfortunately a person came in and wanted to charge us more money than the carpet cost. I totally think this is a scam companie.
I was deeply disappointed by my experience. They did a poor job installing our custom curtains, they were creased and fell way too long. We reached out multiple times, after being good customers of theirs and spending tens of thousands of dollars there. They were completely unresponsive. It baffles me how they would deliver a poor product after we paid so much and how they would be so dismissive of a good customer. Extremely bad customer service and execution.
