Always get me in when I need to be seen! Would not want to go anywhere else ! I see Elise and have never had a problem there!
My family sees Carleen and she is a jewel to us. She always fits me into her busy schedule when I'm having problems. She's the only one I trust with the injections I must endure. I'm also going to add Shannon as someone that's precious to my family as my dad can no longer make it to doctors appointments so she takes it upon herself to go to him. That means so much to my family and I that she cares so much about him to do this. I won't go anywhere else for my treatment.
I love this office very much! I was extremely sick and Shannon and staff did a fantastic job squeezing me in. On top of that , they were able to give me IV fluids in the office. Nurses were wonderful trying to get a vein because I was dehydrated. Hands down a fantastic place to go!!!
I have had appointments and went in and they have told me I'm not scheduled(appt card in my hand) I was forgotten about one time and they were actually shutting off the lights to close. I have called several several times during their working ours of operation and have had to actually call the vein center and ask them to go over and have them take the phone off of after hours recording.
Incompetent office staff. High turnover leads to missed things. NP's are all about repetitive office visits so they can bill, bill, bill. Went downhill fast after Dr. Manley sold the practice.
I must say I was so skeptical about going here this is a first rated A+ place, they treat you with the care you deserve & are very concerned about your health. Shannon the nurse practitioner is great could not ask for no better. VERY PLEASED WITH ALL A MUST TRY FOR ALL YOUR HEALTH NEEDS CHRIS K.
