First two appointments went well. Then the third, she ended up prescribing me an 8% hydroquinone cream which has completely ruined my face. I told her I had some more so stubborn darker spots that would not lighten up while using retinol. She never came up close to see how dark they really were (they really weren’t that dark). They were light brown at best…Now I am left with red flakey irritated skin. I even asked if it was okay to use the hydroquinone even though my skin has been using the retinol and she said it was fine. ... read more

I found Dr Ebede to be professional, compassionate and cared enough to hear all concerns and not hurrying to conclude the appointment. I felt I was in good hands.

I loved Dr. Ebede. I've been going for a few years now and Dr. Ebede and her office were just as warm and welcoming as the first visit! They are attentive and make you feel at home.

Two stars because I've visited Dr. Ebede several times in the past and genuinely believe she's a kind and knowledgable physician. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was quite frustrating. I contacted the office specifically to schedule a consultation for laser mole removal and was told my insurance would cover the visit. Instead, I was automatically charged a $135 copay for an appointment that lasted less than two minutes.
