RecommendedThe staff has drastically improved this year. Last manager was incompetent. Now things are getting done and it’s great.
This place is garbage. My sister lives here, AC unit has been broken for 3 weeks. No sign of it getting fixed anytime soon, with many complaints already filed. She needs to drive home every night due to her physically being unable to sleep there due to it being 100 degrees at night. For it being one of the most expensive apartment building in Boulder you’d expect the service to follow. This place is trash and I don’t recommend it to anyone. My daughter lives there for the last two weeks the air conditioning has not been working and no one cares to fix it it’s 90+ degrees and it’s 109 in the apartment. She has not stayed there because it unstable. Also the management is lying about the problem and the timing of the problem. Please don’t let your kids stay there. First complaint filed on July 1st it’s now the 17th and no AC.
No Ac for the last two week and no one is willing to fix it.
Horrible managment. They are demanding a $300 application fee, plus collection fees, when we never signed a lease and they have already rented all the units. SCAM!
