I have been a patient for over 15 years. Wonderful doctors, caring staff. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
I am quite upset with this practice. I've been coming here for the last 3 years (since before they moved up the road) and they basically just told me they had no record of my last visit nor my last surgery. I liked this place, I did. But you guys have royally messed things up for me. I need you guys to pay more attention to your patients.

The receptionist Kim places incoming calls on hold for an extended period of time. I had to hang up after waiting approximately 20 minutes. They need a new office manager because Kim is going to kill their business.
Love me some Sam aka Samuel Balat. I've been a patient since I was 15 so it's been over 25+ yrs and we are still goin strong. I've never had a Dr that is so personally involved with his/her patient's welfare and state of being especially while pregnant like I was and a geriatric Prego at that where he'd personally call and check up on me �. More, his staff is always available and on que when and if u need them as well. Love Dr. Balat. He delivered both of my boys!! I had to go through fertility treatment and Dr. Balat was wonderful in helping us get pregnant with my first boy! Everyone there is great!
