Great experience
If I could give this dealership a zero I would! They DO NOT care about the safety of the customer, only closing the sale. They sold my daughter an SUV with balding tire. My daughter ran that SUV from Phoenix, Arizona to Dallas, Texas and by God's grace and protection nothing happened to her on the highway. Trust me when I say that I am livid. I am calling anyone who will hear me out: FTC, ADOT, AZ Attorney General.
Andrew and Justice are awesome. Solid guys and great to work with. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a fun weekend toy!
I really enjoyed my experience at Plaza, working with Justice. Justice is a professional. He knows his product well and managed to reduce as much of the "friction" when it comes to buying a car as he could. Too, I feel confident he can be a resource when I need vendors and repair shops for my car. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
