I bought a BMW in 2012 and the transmission blew out in one week and these people is still trying to take me to court for this car. They never tried to fix the car or try to reimburse me or even do a trade.
I bought a 2003 BMW 745LI from Plaza motors in AZ, and on the drive home from picking the car up, the transmission locked up. After about a month, they paid to have it fixed because of their 15 day warranty. The car was over 15000 miles over the recommended tune up. So I paid \$1650 for that. Now, the car is smoking, so I took it in to Chapman BMW, and they said that the valve seal guides need to be fixed, which means the motor will basically have to be rebuilt, thats going to cost \$7500.
