This is a letter I sent to Al, owner, of Plaza Motors AZ after buying a 2006 Mercedes. Let Buyers Beware. Chris Davis, Manager chewed me out and hung up on me after I made a complaing about the lies on the listing such as "No Accidents" "The Car is in Excellent Condition" etc etc. Letter to Al, Owner Plaza Motors While I appreciate the extra \$2000 for hidden damage to The rear end of the 2006 Mercedes, I have spent over \$6000 On this "cash for clunker" in additional repairs such as oil leaking valve cover onto the manifold creating a danger of fire, all brake rotors were so bad that they could not be turned and had to be replaced, resulting in another \$1200 in repairs, I had to replace the window motor \$500, the left rear mag was bent and replaced for \$445, I had to spend another \$2100 to get the crashed rear end fixed - there was a 2x4 behind the bumper to keep it straight, while there was significant frame damage-I have all pictures-which resulted, according to my body shop guy, the car was unsafe to drive because of exhaust leaking into the car. The missing Top Trim sent from Plaza Motors AZ was received damaged and unusable which u are questioning replacement aro \$150 plus installation and \$155 Mercedes Benz diagnostic to determine safety of the car plus labor and parts \$600 to \$1000 there was lots of bondo to hide front end damage. Because the car had new surprises every time I turn around, I spent another \$2637 for an extended warranty for 2 years. I have all the paperwork and pictures. Buyers to beware of buying a car from "Plaza Motors of Arizona". If you do, be sure to have a mechanic check for "Hidden Damages" or "Coverup Damages".
