This place was pure trash. Couldn't even shower there.
In short, it was my first time booking through Oyo. They had the lowest rate however they cancelled the room. Plaza said we’d be refunded. Communicated with both for them to put blame on each other and deny the refund completely. They kept the money and left us having to find a different place to stay. Will never return and definitely would not recommend booking through them. When you completely stopped answering our calls it definitely Does reflect the “EFFORT” you have made.
Rooms are decent for the price. It does get cold in their if your looking for a bed, shower and freshness but still affordable this is it!
Our motel 6 initial booking was a disaster. We called plaza motel & the front desk guy was so nice. He let us look at the room before renting it for the night. Had a large fridge, kitchen, no carpet, large shower, & hot water.
