My family (myself, my husband and our children) have been patients at Plaza for over 20 years. Things have seriously gone down hill. My family can’t be seen by the doctor I have seen since our family doctor left because they aren’t taking new patients? It’s crazy. When did family care go out the window. Besides, the girl “explaining” that the doctor isn’t taking new patients was incredibly rude! They have become so self important that they forget about the people made Plaza into who they are today.
Dr. Roderick was amazing! It is terrible that he is no longer with Plaza Medical because Dr. Svaty is AWFUL! I wouldn't waste my time with a new patient visit if you are looking for someone. She has no desire to help her patients but would rather refer them on to specialists (costing you more money) instead of taking the time to work with them on their care. Not only that....she does not pay attention and make sure the proper testing is done to monitor your health issue! Do not waste your money!
Amazing doctors and nurses, never have trouble being seen
Gonna be sad when Koksal retires. He's been my doctor since I was 12. Have a lot of respect for him and for the plaza.
Dr. Roderick is an amazing doctor who took on a very hard and complicated case that I have. He is always there for me no matter what. Exceptionally funny but serious when he needs to do the serious. Overall, Dr. Roderick is an exceptional Doctor!
Love all thier staff and thank you to all the Doctors too every one is so nice and professional
