This happened to my sister... BUYER BEWARE OF PLAZA KIA. IN BROOKLYN . I BROUGHT A CAR IN 2024 A 2022 MODEL, KIA TELLURIDE FROM THEM. IT HAD 20,300 MILES ON IT. I WAS TOLD BY NOEL, THAT MY CAR WAS A 4 WHEEL DRIVE. ONLY LATER DURING THE FIRST WINTER WITH THIS CAR FOUND OUT IT WASNT. I HAD TO STRUGGLE THE ENTIRE WINTER LIKE THIS. I CALLED NOEL, HE SWITCHED ME TO EMILO WHO THEN SAID " OH THERE'S NOTHING WE COULD DO". THEN IN DECEMBER 2025 I GOT MY OIL CHANGED BY KIA.
