The gentleman at the front desk was breathtakingly, astonishingly rude. I asked if he needed my confirmation number and that set him off. We didn’t get to stay thanks to a third party website advertising this hotel as pet-friendly, which is not true, and when we requested our money back the same gentleman said we had to go through the third party booking website to get our refund (also not true). If this hotel is your only option for accommodation, I suggest sleeping in your car.
I stumbled across this gem by accident.The room was very clean and the price was a deal. I even went back to the office after check in just to compliment them on the cleanliness Nancy checked me in and was kind and respectful. You could tell that she has pride in her product and is a hard worker. I always feel good when I can support small businesses and I would absolutely stay here again.
Okay... so, to be fair... I picked this place because of its low price. And got a decent deal for the money. NOTE: My ratings are in comparison to other places I've stayed but typically cost fifty per cent more than Plaza Inn. The room was clean and everything in order. The guy was absolutely rude! The first room was like being hit in the face by a cigarette box. The smell was horrible. The rules were ridiculous One stain or mark on the bed you lose your $50 deposit Not one minute over check out time or you lose your $50 deposit. I would choose somewhere else to stay!!!! Save your money and mind
Very nice. Lady and gentlemen at front desk are wonderful, always nice and friendly.
