I don’t even know where to start as I wish I could put 0 stars. My boyfriend and I lived here for a year. We loved how convenient everything was as we both worked on the plaza. The rent was cheap for us too. It was all around a great fit until my boyfriend passed. He passed unexpectedly in our unit. I made management aware that a tenant had died and they only looked at me as a walking money bag. They do NOT care about their residents, even if one passes away. The management is very organized and helpful. They respond to the request very quickly. The maintenance is alwayas fast and they repair everything. It's a nice place to live. The only problem I has was the limitted parking spots, otherwise I had no problem with the apartment.
Great apartment complex, very relaxing environment, right across from the plaza and the chiefs fit gym. Maintenance is great and great neighbors. Highly recommended!
This is LUXURY everything has been remodeled, revamped, walking distance from so many places, truly a gem to live here
Been living here for 2 years and I love it! I live on the 9th floor and I am able to see a brief view of the plaza. Lots of light comes in in the morning, and the floor and ceiling make it look really fancy. Chiefs fit is a block away, and you can always walk around to the plaza! We only needed maintenance a few times, and when we did they came in really quickly! 10/10
