This mortgage company is the absolute worst! We were three weeks into escrow when they declined our original loan without looking into the reasons as to why we were declined. Our underwriter did most of our paperwork wrong and tried to pull our loan after closing. She also made us pay $125 out of pocket to take a home buyers course when our credit was 40 points above the minimum credit score for the loan we were accepted for. I spent 50 minutes on hold for an issue with my mortgage. They have had numerous technical glitches with their system. Their customer service people seem to put me through circles with their ineffective troubleshooting of issues. Disappointed.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!! They refused to pay the flooring company the rest of the money after they completed the job. Dragged their feet for 3 MONTHS before finally sending a check out. But by then a lien had already been placed on our home where the refused to pay the lien fees, because "it's our fault we didn't talk to the flooring company...." they don't care about talking, they want their money from the job they did!!
