Simply the best...oh that's the other guy. Ford Plaza Quick Lane always does a great job and we've never had any issues. 10 out of 5 stars would be more appropriate!

SERVICE ONLY REVIEW I have never used sales but spoke with the team some in the past and they were friendly and helpful. Management seems very good on that side. Service - has been ok at times but my last attempt to get my vehicle diagnosed I was told I would have to wait multiple days AFTER my appointment to get it looked at. I was ok with that as long as I could delay dropping off my vehicle, but then was told that no matter when I drop it off, I would have to wait multiple days, even with the appointment.
