RecommendedI’ve rented from Plaza For Rent for the last 3.5 years and it’s been the best renting experience I’ve ever had! Living at Plaza House has been especially nice. The maintenance staff responds very quickly. Typically any issues I’ve had have been fixed within a day. When I had A/C issues in the Summer they were able to fix it in a few hours…on a Saturday! COCKROACHES!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Had dead cockroaches in my food and all over the apartment for months. Management made the problem only worse. Terrible customer service. I would NEVER rent from this company again!! Much better options on the plaza compared to this poorly ran rental company.
Terrible maintenance. Overworked office. Guy who runs the place is a greedy douche. Kept my whole deposit when I cleaned properly. Stay away.
