I have had three fantastic experiences working with Veneta Cucine. As a designer, I want to work with companies with a great product, who are easy to communicate with and deliver when they say they will. Every one of those measure has been met by Daniela, Ana Isabel and everyone at Veneta Cucine Doral. Together we have done two kitchens and two laundry rooms, all of which came out beautiful, luxe and were a pleasure to work on throughout the process. I highly recommend and look forward to our next project!

When we asked to speak with the owner, we were told the owner did not care about the repair service, which was incredibly disappointing to hear. To make matters worse, their business is not registered under the Better Business Bureau (BBB), so there’s no way to file a formal complaint and hold them accountable. There was a defect in the kitchen we purchased that we were not informed about and only discovered ourselves. The company promised to fix it under warranty starting in June, but they have rescheduled four times, and t... read more
