I had my 6month cleaning appointment with Talia. My teeth felt so much more grungy this time than usual. She educated me on possible reasons why and how to manage it. Best cleaning! The staff environment has such good and welcoming vibes. You are silly not to look into Plaza Dental- you won’t be disappointed!
I was very pleased with every aspect of my care.
Nice office setting. However, horrible fake service. Did not disclose cost before exam. Never, discussed charges with me. Did not ever ask me about my insurance. I had dental insurance as I have been employed for19 years with the sane company, even disclosed that before and advised of my dental insurance ahead of the exam. I absolutely do not recommend them. I will not be going back. Dude charged me over $300.00 for a symbol exam, did not even do a cleaning as I was scheduled for and told me everything was fine. Look move on... read more
