Horrible horrible waiting 3 hours for a cleaning to tell me there is only 1 doctor I wasted my whole day they could’ve tell me before I sign my name the staffs are very rude front desk unprofessional they all old place is dirty especially outdated no wonder plaza dental only have 2 stars I don’t recommend this place they do a horrible job they all money hungry but can’t hire new people or upgrade the place I’m very disappointed in this place
I visited this office for a routine prophylaxis (cleaning), but later discovered that my insurance was billed for cavity fillings that were never performed. I do not have any cavities, and no such treatment took place during my visit. As someone who works in a dental office, I routinely review my insurance billing history, which is how I identified this discrepancy. This office is extremely unprofessional. The staff (Dominican women) seem like they don't want to work; they are constantly talking on their cell phones while performing procedures. I had a root canal done 3 weeks ago and I am still in severe pain. Every time I go back, they just tell me my 'bite is off,' but I never had pain in this tooth before they touched it. DO NOT COME HERE. Absolutely horrible place. They made me wait 5 HOURS. For the last hour they told me I was next, then went on break without calling me. When they finally saw me, they barely cleaned my teeth and rushed the whole thing. Complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional
