I visited this office for a routine prophylaxis (cleaning), but later discovered that my insurance was billed for cavity fillings that were never performed. This office is extremely unprofessional. The staff (Dominican women) seem like they don't want to work; they are constantly talking on their cell phones while performing procedures. I had a root canal done 3 weeks ago and I am still in severe pain. Every time I go back, they just tell me my 'bite is off,' but I never had pain in this tooth before they touched it. DO NOT COME HERE. Absolutely horrible place. They made me wait 5 HOURS. For the last hour they told me I was next, then went on break without calling me. When they finally saw me, they barely cleaned my teeth and rushed the whole thing. Complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional
Such a bad experience there. One of the receptionists was so rude. That old lady had no manners and a terrible attitude for no reason. I don't recommend this place at all.
