Great. In and out quickly.
I went to another location and I felt rushed, and the prescription didn’t do anything for me, so I came here for a second opinion! Nathan and Stella were both so welcoming and helpful! They got me an appointment THAT DAY! It’s always so hard for me to find lenses that look cute on my big head but they helped me find OPTIONS! Dr. Vo helped me do a recheck and find my prescription in a few minutes and I can finally see again!
I had a great experience with Dr. Knight. He was patient, thorough, and really helpful with all of my questions. Dairay was also wonderful. She helped me pick out frames and answered all of my questions about contacts and ordering glasses. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
We've had nothing but bad experiences with Big City Optical, including after we left for a better eye doc. I purchased expensive kids' glasses for my son after being told about the $50 cost to replace the frames or lenses. When his glasses broke, I called Big City Optical Wilmette right away, and they said the replacement frames were in stock in their warehouse and would be in in a week. Since then -- nothing. Literally the best experience I had at an eye Dr! I was Soo lucky to get the appointment (same day ) without any hassle. Dr Richards experience in this field is unmatched. He moves quick and is prompt with his exams and explanation. I went to my regular eye Dr and they weren't able to figure why my eyes were feeling blurry/ and had trouble focusing.
