I would give zero stars if I could management is horrible and even the main corporate lady Kristen her and Deandra are best friends so when you make a complaint, nothing ever happens neighbors disturbance, Deondre also has favorites and puts people in wherever she thinks whether if it’s appropriate for their living, it’s supposed to be subsidized. There’s some people living in apartments bigger than what they need.

I live next you one of your units, the rear porch Lights are on 24 hour a day, shines right into my living room , contacted Deandra she did nothing but refer me to the out of state office

Deandra in the front office has no CLUE what she is doing. Very unprofessional and a BIG BOLD FACED LIAR on top of that! She made an arrangemenot with my daughter and I signed a notarized statement that I would pay the the $100 a month. She asked for help with Saint Vincent de Paul for back pay and Deandra now told St. Vincent de Paul that they were evicting her so now they won't help

The apartments are nicely renovated, but management is horrible. She is never in the office, and if she is she never answers the phone. We have been without a functioning laundry room for over two weeks! There has been multiple swat situations and drug deals and tenants are allowed to stay. Tenants safety and well-being are not valued. Avoid this property if at all possible!
