Slow and poor quality Slow and poor quality. Brought in 2 slacks for replacement zippers, they used large brass zippers which do not match and are frankly ugly. They also took over a week to do this and they were not ready on the day they said they would be. Not worth the price and the quality was horrible. Two times they said they would call me and I never heard a word from them. Do not use this company.
Beautiful Work, Excellent Service, Affordable Prices All the positive reviews are true! I'm so glad I've found this place. I've brought them both, higher end designer items as well as everyday wear for tailoring, and everything comes back beautifully. Plaza Cleaners is the Best!! Plaza Cleaners goes the extra distance to serve their customer base. I have done business with this company for over fourteen years and have never been disappointed. They do excellent work in a timely manner.
Now I'm a regular customer Plaza Cleaners really wants their customers to be happy. They provide timely, friendly service and reasonable prices, and they stand behind their work. I especially like that the owner (Kay) greets me by name when I walk in the door. I like to support family operated businesses, and Plaza Cleaners has been in business for so long because they do good work. Travel one block behind the Fairwood shopping center--it's worth it!

Plaza Cleaners - Great, Friendly Service I live in the Fairwood area and have used Plaza Cleaners for 8 years. After unfavorable experiences with other cleaners in the area, I won't use anyone but Plaza Cleaners for dry cleaning or alterations. The staff is extremely friendly (especially Kay and Sharon) and the service is outstanding and timely. Being a sweet tooth, they even stock a candy bowl with my favorites and treat me each time I stop by. I highly recommend Plaza Cleaners!
Good stuff Even though I moved I still stick with my old cleaners. They do a much better job than the place close to me. Good prices and they turn things around quickly.
