I purchased a 2025 Ram 1500 November 15, 2024 and the check engine light came on within the first 25 miles. Buyer beware. I see others have also shared. The reputation of this business isn't good locally. In all fairness, i own some of the fault of this. I trusted 2 people, 1 who claimed to be a "friend". I purchased a vehicle from plaza. When we discussed price the number i was shared was 21k. I said I will contact my bank to get the loan and was told, that's not how plaza does it. Terrible customer service in the sales department, no explanations on proceedings or cost break down.
Refused to sell a vehicle unless I paid for a dealer added service for VIN etching. This is a total scam operation.

************ is a hard dealer added accessory which cannot be removed. We are having a hard time believing that $259 would stop you from buying a car. We wouldn't pass on a car sale over $259, we would have discounted our car or gave you more money for yours to offset the cost while the Etching would have been included on the car.
