Do yourself a favor and avoid this wretched place like herpes! The neighbors are disrespectful (slamming doors, intolerable loud noise, etc.), and management does absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. It was a decent place to live at first, but now I have no alternative but to leave! Next step, I'm buying a house! Take it from me... cheaper is NOT better! Look for a more tolerable apartment elsewhere!
I have loved living at Plaza Broadway Apartments and if it weren't for moving to another state, I would continue renting here! Gregory is amazing, helpful, and accommodating! You'll be close to all the fun, too! Westport and Plaza are just a quick walk away, and the neighborhood is charming, safe, and convenient. The apartment itself is adorable, clean, and charming!
