Shopping for a BMW I called about a BMW X3 that was listed on their website. I spoke with Zach Higdon at Plaza and was able to get some quick details on the car and informed him that I would be in soon to test drive the car. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Zach and the rest of the staff. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and kept me company while Zach was prepping the car. Roll Tide Craig was great! I called to get a quote on a part and he decided to dig deeper into the issue. To my surprise, he found a warranty extension on the part and it was replaced and installed for free! Craig even worked with the rental car service to make sure that my rental was also covered.
