I am extremely disappointed with the service at this salon. I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday evening, and despite the heavy rain, I drove across the city to make it on time. However, when I arrived, I found out that my appointment had been canceled without any notification. This is absolutely unacceptable! It's especially frustrating considering that I always left a 30% tip for the haircut services. I won't be recommending this salon to anyone.

My son went here and had Amanda was his stylist. He loves his haircut and said that she got no hair in his face and it wasn’t itchy at all. She was super nice and he was very excited for his lolly pop at the end. We will definitely be going again! Thanks, Amanda!
